The conceptual base of the development of human health agenda in B.G. Yudin's works is considered. The terms and definitions he introduced and the methodology of the interdisciplinary approach to health research are analyzed. The conceptual interconnections between the research in the human potential and in the human health are analyzed. The importance of the humanitarian component of health and its value component are shown. The ideas of B.G. Yudin on the new technologies impact on human health and human development are cited. The role of humanitarian expert review in technology assessment is shown in this perspective. The importance of B.G. Yudin's research for the development of the methodology for complex research of the Human being is demonstrated.
