Abstract

The article deals with the stability as a product of integration of education and culture, acting as the background of the whole educational process. To create a supportive environment for the best educational results one needs to solve a lot of ideological and philosophical problems, such as the balance between a healthy conservatism and the increased dynamism of the formation of modern man; the value of classics and the time-tested spiritual ideals; independence of school from conjuncture of many current processes in society; self-actualization of an individual based on gaining eternal meanings. Stability appears as a factor of permanence, belief, self- confidence, that is, the technology of personality formation elaborated in the course of human history.
