An ordeal by goodness: praxeological and metaphysical aspects

The article covers the issue of the negative effects of positive moral actions for both protagonists and surrounding people. Why don't good acts often cause feelings of gratitude and the desire of adequate retribution from the benefited ones, but result in indifference, contempt and hatred? This problem is difficult to be solved in theory. Its consideration may be more productive in the perspective of the moral aspect of praxeology and metaphysics. Such moral phenomena as kindness that is performed out of inclination; ideologi cally motivated altruism; kindness, are analyzed. Those phenomena are presented as various aberrations of the moral consciousness, which can be eliminated on the basis of moral reflection and ethical enlightenment. From an ethical point of view, the equality of the subjects is a very important moment in moral relations between people.
