The concept of Human potential in the works by B.G. Yudin

Abstract

The article describes the development of the concept of human potential that is considered as one of the focal thrusts in the scientific work by B.G. Yudin. The main provisions and ends of this concept are discussed. Its approbation in a real social setting, e.g. in a rural settlement in Parfenyevo District of the Kostroma region is described. The next step of the concept development was the consideration of the human potential of student youth in its connection with Russia innovative development, in particular, the young people real preparedness to participation in innovation related activities.
