Abstract

The values underlying RUSSIA-2045 project are thoroughly analyzed. The project envisages the opportunity to achieve Human immortality in the foreseeable future. The necessity of humanitarian expert review of such projects is substinated for they relate to the domain of institutionalized decision making on the strategic aspects of Human evolution
