Abstract

The article continues the study of the authoritarian personality identified by T. Adorno and described in his classic work "The Authoritarian personality". The author compares his empirical research with the work published in the journal "Chelovek" in 1990, building on the results of his public opinion polls and surveys by sociological research centers. The results demonstrate the prevalence of authoritarian and ethnocentric syndromes in society.
