Abstract

The human intelligence is intrinsically provocational: it challenges the Actual and in doing so it produces the general tide of transformations and sets new profiles of communication. So one can describe the provoker as a disturber of the proportionality of development. Due to it a new balance is being set by the Human creative activity.
